Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ForgeMetric products (Operator OS, Ad Rescue AI), you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Growth, Pro, and product-specific plans) are billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time in your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, send unsolicited messages at scale, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing or sending it to customers.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your data. We retain rights to the software and platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the service.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
