ForgeMetric ("we", "us") operates Operator OS and Ad Rescue AI. This policy is maintained by ForgeMetric and describes how we handle information you provide when using our products at forge-metric.com and related subdomains.

• Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers.
• Merchant data you connect: store URL, brand voice, catalog metadata, and performance metrics used to generate campaigns and audits.
• Billing data processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage and diagnostic logs to keep the service reliable and secure.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the products, generate AI outputs on your behalf, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and communicate service updates.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on infrastructure and AI providers including Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), and model providers accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway. These providers process data solely to deliver the service.

5. Data retention

We retain account and merchant data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@forge-metric.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage.
